You just need to know how to: assemble a team, leverage others’ expertise and organize and direct that knowledge intelligently.

Think of Henry Ford. He famously didn’t have a deep personal knowledge of engineering or mechanics, but he organized a team of specialists and directed them with purpose and vision.
