
How to Stop Fear from Controlling Your Mind

Auto-suggestion works no matter what you feed it. If you repeat fearful, doubtful thoughts, that’s what the subconscious accepts as truth. This is the sobering part: whatever you believe and repeat, whether confidence or doubt, your subconscious will make real through your actions, habits, and outcomes.

Step 1: Fix in your mind the exact amount of money you desire.
This focuses your mind on what you want, rather than what you fear.
Step 2: Determine what you will give in return.
This builds confidence and commitment, reducing self-doubt by creating personal responsibility.
Step 3: Establish a definite date.
A clear timeline creates urgency and reduces uncertainty which is a major source of fear.
Step 4: Create a definite plan and begin at once.
Taking action eliminates doubt. The subconscious responds positively to movement and progress.
Step 5: Write out your goal clearly and concisely.
This is your anchor statement—a mental template built on purpose, not fear.
Step 6: Read it aloud daily, with faith and emotion.
This is how you override fear. The law of auto-suggestion takes whatever you feed it. This step ensures you're feeding it belief, not doubt.
If you skip the daily repetition, then auto-suggestion still works, but against you. It builds unbelief into your subconscious blueprint, and that blueprint shapes your life.
